1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Mordecai's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services

Mordecai provides AI consulting, implementation, and automation services, and Booked by Mordecai: a website, AI booking assistant, and lead and booking text alerts for local businesses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

3. User Obligations

• Maintain the security of your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Mordecai and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mordecai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.

7. Text Messages (SMS) Terms: Booked by Mordecai

Program. Booked by Mordecai (registered with carriers as Mordecai Booked) sends booking and account text messages. It sends no marketing or promotional texts.

How you opt in. We only text people who opted in on our website by ticking an optional, unchecked box. Texting is never required to book or to sign up.

• Customers who book through a Booked-powered site and tick “Text me the confirmation” get the confirmation and any changes to that booking, usually 1 to 3 texts per booking.
• Business owners who tick the optional text box when they sign up at mordecai.co/start get their preview link, alerts about new leads and bookings, and account notices at the mobile number they give us.

Message frequency varies with activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You’ll get one reply confirming it and no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe. Help: reply HELP, or email hello@mordecai.co.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. How we handle your number is covered in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our services.
